Full 10 Week Season Registration
Important Information
*****IMPORTANT**** some of you are sharing email addresses my system keeps replacing all players that share emails. The system will recognize an email being used and updated the next user as the same person based on the email address. Also for the Scoreholio app I mention down below everyone will need to use their own email address. If you do not have one you can set them up for free with gmail here.
STEPS YOU MUST TAKE BEFORE REGISTERING
1. Purchase Insurance through Cornhole Canada
*HAVE YOU RENEWED YOUR CORNHOLE CANADA REGISTRATION YET?*
ALL PLAYERS WILL NEED TO RE-REGISTER with Cornhole Canada before the start of this season.
This is needed for you, for us, and for our venue in order to participate in our league or any Cornhole Canada league or tournament. This is a $15 insurance fee that will cover you for one year.
In addition, $5 from every registration will go to The Ontario Cornhole Association to help provide provincial programs including The Provincial Championships. This year’s coverage will cover you until August 31, 2026.
2. Download the Scoreholio app on your phone
This app will allow you to track your league’s standings, view when your game is up, and make it easy to check into tournaments . Cornhole Canada will be tracking all player ranks through the Scoreholio app for national standings. Download the app here >>>>https://www.scoreholio.com/#other-features . Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the app for your device. Once you download the app set up a player profile.
**IMPORTANT**
Please use the same email address for both SCOREHOLIO and SEASON REGISTRATION. Emails must be individual and cannot be used for two players (couples).
League Night Tuesdays
Cost: $125
Location: Italian Canadian Club
Start Date: March 24th/2026

Season-Round Robin Play Vol.1 & Vol.2
– For the first 4 weeks of each 5 week session (vol.1,vol.2), you will play 6 games/night with a different partner for each game.
NEW THIS SEASON
Vol.1 (weeks 1-5) – Split Switcholio Format (same as last year)
Vol.2 (weeks 6-10) A/B Divisions based on Vol.1 PPR
Season-Playoffs Vol.1 & Vol.2
– The first 4 weeks of switch partner play will determine your doubles partner for the playoffs.
-Playoffs will take place on weeks 5 & 10 and will include:
*2 Game Round Robin (only if time permits)
*Followed by a Double Elimination Playoffs. UPPER AND LOWER BRACKET DEPENDING ON ATTENDANCE
Venue
Our “Homebase” is the Italian Canadian Club in Guelph. The ICC lounge and bocce courts is where we host our weekly league. There will be a bar and food available for purchase. (food may not always be available)
